Job Overview:

ThriveCart is looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to grow our brand and engage our community across multiple channels. You’ll plan and publish content, track performance, set up automations, support lead-generation campaigns, and play an active role in building our community. If you’re equal parts strategist and creator with a knack for making content that converts.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Develop and manage ThriveCart’s content calendar across Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Create engaging short-form and long-form content (posts, carousels, stories, graphics, videos, blog snippets) tailored to each channel.
  • Report on analytics and KPIs, turning insights into actionable improvements.
  • Set up and manage social and marketing automations (e.g., scheduling tools, lead capture workflows).
  • Support campaigns by chasing leads and collaborating with marketing to nurture prospects.
  • Actively manage and grow our community presence, responding to comments, sparking discussions, and amplifying user-generated content.
  • Monitor trends and competitors to inform a viral-first content strategy.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and design teams to align content with launches and campaigns.

What You Bring To This Role:

  • 2+ years experience in social media management or content creation, preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital-first industries.
  • Strong grasp of analytics, reporting, and growth metrics (GA4, native platform insights, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Buffer, Later, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt voice per platform.
  • Comfortable chasing leads and tying content efforts back to performance.

Nice to Haves:

  • Demonstrated ability to create viral content that drives reach and engagement.
  • Experience with community management at scale, including forums, groups, or ambassador programs.
  • Basic video editing or motion design skills (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut).
  • Familiarity with influencer collaborations or UGC campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO and its connection to social content.
