About you

You will be part of a dedicated team of IT professionals, reporting to the EMEA Service Desk Manager. Your role will involve providing technical support to our internal staff, including field-based consultants and office-based employees across 30 different global locations. You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a dynamic IT environment.

This role is based on client sites in Southampton and surrounding areas.

 

Day-to-day, you will:

·       Provide onsite technical support via our helpdesk system for a range of applications, operating systems, and hardware, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

·       Support, maintain, install, and upgrade IT infrastructure, including workstations, laptops, network connections, communication systems, and printers.

·       Manage and maintain IT assets, including software licenses and training equipment, ensuring accurate documentation.

·       Communicate effectively across the business, providing service notifications, training, and guidance.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

 

·       Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 10/11.

·       Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, and Active Directory administration.

·       Experience with Microsoft 365 and PowerShell scripting.

·       Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
