We are looking for an exceptional Senior UX Researcher to take on a pivotal role, setting the direction for a complex product line and driving impactful, winning experiences for our diverse user base.
In this position, you'll go beyond executing individual studies to become a strategic partner who proactively identifies the most critical research questions, shapes the research roadmap, and champions a holistic, customer-centric product strategy. You will integrate multiple data sources to deliver deep, actionable insights and lead the charge in elevating our team's research capabilities.

About The Role
- Proactively Define Strategy: Set the research strategy for complex product team/s. Operate with a growth mindset to anticipate future needs and explore ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces.
- Integrate Data Holistically: Synthesize and integrate multiple data sources (Qual/Quant)—including primary research, usability testing, surveys, and quantitative analytics—to deliver holistic, actionable insights.
- Drive Actionable Change: Work with cross-functional leadership to ensure research insights are deeply embedded in product plans and drive measurable change.
- Lead with Resilience: Act as the voice of the user, requiring resilience to drive consensus, distill complex findings, and advocate for user-centered practices among senior stakeholders.
- Consult and Enable: Provide guidance on research best practices, and contribute to research enablement initiatives to amplify the team's research capability.
- Influence the Practice: Act as a subject matter expert, partnering with researchers across the team to share knowledge and elevate the overall quality and consistency of our research practice.
- Operate in Ambiguity: Bring a user-centered approach to projects where the problem space is undefined, demonstrating the ability to move in ambiguous spaces and define the path to clarity and impact.
- Remote Collaboration and Distributed Team: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships and visibility while operating remotely from the core UXR team, ensuring insights are top-of-mind.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of professional UX research experience, with a proven track record of setting research strategy for a complex product area.
- Strategic Impact: Demonstrable history of research findings significantly impacting product strategy and driving measurable change.
- Holistic Data Expertise: Expertise in applying and integrating a wide range of generative and evaluative research methods (both qualitative and quantitative).
- Behavioral Strengths: Clear evidence of operating with a growth mindset, demonstrating resilience in advocating for users, and thriving when moving in ambiguous spaces.
- Communication: Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas to their essence for executive audiences.
