Responsibilities
- User Research & Discovery: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Experience Design: Translate insights into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs that improve usability and drive adoption of Accuris products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business and user goals.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain Accuris' design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all digital products.
- Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the user, advocating for usability and accessibility in all phases of product development.
- Iteration: Continuously improve designs based on feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
Q ualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4-6 years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or related industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and solutions for complex digital products.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Figma Make.
- Familiarity with engineering workflows, PLM platforms, or related tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
