Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to support new policies, identify unmet needs, and test improvements, including reviewing previous research on supplier payment services.
- Create a user research plan with key goals, methods, and participant criteria, ensuring thorough documentation and communication of findings.
- Recruit a diverse range of participants, including those with accessibility needs, maintaining a research schedule of every three weeks.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to design, test, and refine prototypes, prioritising research to meet policy implementation targets.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritise and design service improvements based on user insights, ensuring alignment with DDaT and GOV.UK standards.
- Continuously test and refine enhancements, validating user needs across segments with design and development teams.
