Position Overview
This is a role for a strategic visual storyteller. As a Senior Graphic Designer for LevelUp, you will be the visual heart of LevelUp's projects, relied upon to grasp the core essence of B2B SaaS clients' brands and communicate it compellingly through the web. You will be responsible for turning complex business challenges into clear, engaging, and high-performing web experiences. Working directly with founders and strategists, you’ll translate client goals and brand identity into powerful visual systems that guide users to action. You will live in Figma, but your impact will be seen directly in clients' growth and pipeline. This role demands a designer who can build brands and translate abstract client direction into solid, well-designed websites for high-caliber clients, including those from Wall Street.
Responsibilities
- Telling the client’s story through creative web page design that delivers clear information to the user.
- Creating on-brand visual elements for the website.
- Collaborating with other designers, developers, and marketers building branded web pages for various B2B clients.
- Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
- Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in graphic design, website design, visual communications or a related field.
- A strong portfolio of website design and graphic design work, which reflects your problem-solving skills, versatile skill-set, and compelling creative execution.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in making websites or digital products.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe CC: Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of user experience and ability to create user-friendly design.
- Knowledge and experience designing accessible websites following WCAG 2.1, AA, and AAA accessibility standards.
- An openness to giving and receiving feedback to improve and grow with the team.
- Ability to analyze and review, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
