We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to provide extended BI – ETL support services and consultation to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot SAP BI suite issues.
- Troubleshoot Informatica Power Center issues.
- Performing analysis of root causes.
- Talking directly to the customer to determine the nature of the technical issue.
- Connecting to the customer's computer system via remote access.
- Install, implement and upgrade BI & ETL applications.
- Reporting on metrics regarding usage and performance.
- Organizing and promoting training courses.
Skills & Knowledge:
- BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- ITIL Framework Knowledge.
- 5+ years of support expertise.
- SQL skills.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP BI suite or similar application (certification is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience with Informatica Control Center or similar application (certification is a plus).
- Middleware technology skills (IIS, Tomcat).
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Familiarity and experience with Critical Production Systems.
- Fluent in Greek and English language.
