The Role:
As a Senior Talent Partner at DailyPay, you will play a key role in driving the success of our recruitment efforts by ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams. You will collaborate with business leaders to define hiring needs, design tailored recruitment strategies, and proactively build candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing methods. This role requires strategic thinking, a strong understanding of the tech talent market both in the US & UK, and a commitment to delivering diverse, top-tier talent that aligns with DailyPay's objectives.
In addition to recruiting, you will mentor and guide the Talent Acquisition team, provide leadership on complex hiring initiatives, and influence strategic decisions related to talent acquisition across our R&D function, including diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Your ability to lead by example and collaborate across functions will be critical to your success in this role.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Recruiting Strategy & Planning

  • Partner with R&D business groups to understand hiring needs and create data-driven recruitment strategies that align with both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Anticipate hiring needs by building robust talent pipelines for future roles across multiple tech functions.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to craft customized recruiting strategies that meet business requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on hiring goals and process.
  • Use market insights, data analytics, and industry trends to inform sourcing strategies and guide decision-making.
  • Build, manage, and track talent pipelines using ATS (Greenhouse) and other tools, ensuring recruitment efforts are on track and efficient.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience by providing timely and transparent communication, from initial contact through offer acceptance.
  • Advocate for candidates while balancing the needs of the business to ensure a smooth, respectful process for all parties.


Mentorship & Leadership

  • Lead by example, mentoring and supporting the Talent Acquisition team to drive their success in recruiting and achieving team objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the TA team, promoting best practices and continuous learning.


Complex Hiring & Strategic Partnering

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex, high-stakes roles, including senior leadership and executive-level positions, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and strategic goals.
  • Partner with leaders to understand evolving talent needs and ensure recruitment strategies align with business growth and priorities.
  • Lead and manage key recruitment projects, aligning efforts with organizational priorities, including DEI initiatives.
  • Influence and drive strategic decisions related to diversity and inclusion, ensuring they are integrated into every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Establish, track, and analyze key recruiting metrics to evaluate the success of recruiting strategies and refine processes over time.
  • Leverage insights from recruiting data and ATS (Greenhouse) to drive continuous improvement in efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
  • Empower hiring managers and department leaders to meet hiring deadlines, using analytics to track and report on progress.


What You Bring to The Team:

  • 8+ years of experience of in-house recruitment across all levels, with 4+ years experience in the tech industry (Software Development).
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting for highly competitive, global talent markets (UK & US).
  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams to achieve recruitment goals and elevate performance.
  • Expertise in leveraging data and metrics to optimize recruiting strategies and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of sourcing tools, including ATS (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, or other industry-standard platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • A growth mindset with a desire to continuously learn, adapt, and contribute to the evolution of the talent acquisition function.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships across different time zones.

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation in addition to stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity.
Belfast Compensation Range
£48,000 - £62,000 GBP
