Our Mission

We’re fixing the most broken process in business. Whether it’s SaaS, hardware, or contractors, a typical B2B purchase drags on for 3+ months, spawns 50+ emails, and pulls in multiple stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Security, and IT. Nobody likes it, and it slows businesses down.

Omnea exists to change that. Our AI-native platform connects the people, steps, and systems so buying just works. Employees have one place to make requests, the right approvals run automatically, renewals and supplier risk checks are handled on time, and leaders get clear visibility into how, when, and why money is being spent.

This matters more now than ever: volatile markets demand capital efficiency, businesses who adopt AI quickly have a competitive advantage, and evolving regulation demands evidenceable controls—so buying has to be fast and compliant by default.

Founded in 2022, we’re trusted by global enterprises including Spotify, Adecco Group, Albertsons, Wise, MongoDB, and Monzo. Our team previously built Tessian (backed by Sequoia; acquired by Proofpoint) and we’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Accel, Point Nine, and First Round.

What we're looking for

Omnea is scaling fast after raising it's Series B in September 2025 -- and hiring is one of the most important levers we have. We're looking for a Senior Talent Lead to take end-to-end ownership of roles for one of our hiring managers, owning the whole process from sourcing to close.

You’ll partner directly with one of our senior stakeholders, depending on which Hiring Manager you're paired with. This will be one of our Chief Commercial Officer (Abs), VP Customer (Rebe), Head of Product (Rob) or Head of Engineering (Theo). In the interim, you'll dotted-line report into both our CFO (Sabrina) and your primary Hiring Manager partner, but you will report directly to our Talent Leader once they're hired.

You'll work to define and execute a high-quality hiring engine for your area of excellence. You’ll drive everything from sourcing and outreach, to process design, to candidate closing. You’ll help us recruit top-tier talent and position Omnea as one of the best places to build a career.

We are building a very different type of talent function, focussed on quality & care rather than volume & speed. This role is for someone who wants to be embedded with senior leaders, have real ownership, and help shape the foundations of Omnea’s team as we continue to scale!
Right now our open talent roles are aligned to:

  1. Engineering roles (software engineers). HMs: Engineering leadership.

  2. Customer Roles (Implementation and professional services, Technical operations and support, Solutions Associates). HM: Rebe

What Can You Expect?
  • You will help us build Europe’s best talent org from the ground up, thinking from first principles and ensuring we continue to work with only the top 1%.

  • You'll spend a lot of time mapping, outreaching, and contacting candidates, and doing the first stage screening for your team.

  • You’ll create the playbook to hire your HM's roles, making talent a core competitive advantage of Omnea.

  • You’ll partner directly with senior leaders & hiring managers to shape role specs, align on success profiles, and constantly hit hiring targets.

  • You’ll elevate the hiring bar by coaching interviewers, refining scorecards, and obsessing over what “great” looks like.

  • You’ll craft strong outreach and messaging campaigns like a salesperson. You’ll cut through the noise to engage top-tier talent with authentic messaging.

  • You’ll shape Omnea’s presence in the market by contributing to employer branding, sharing thought leadership like Abs’ blog post on ‘Selling is Building’, and positioning us as the best place to work for the most ambitious talent.

  • You’ll build and nurture a personal network of the top 1% talent; running invite-only events, networking with investors, and becoming known as the go-to person for elite hires.

About You
  • You’ve got 5+ years of experience in high-growth startups or similarly fast-paced, high-accountability environments. You know what great looks like in terms of talent and hold a high bar -- but you’re also pragmatic, fast-moving, and solutions-oriented. 2-3 years in an agency background in your career is a definite plus.

  • You’ve got a track record of exceptional performance, whether in work, academics, sports, or anywhere else you’ve applied yourself. People trust you to get stuff done & you've built a great network in the startup & scale-up ecosystem.

  • You’re a ruthless prioritiser, highly organised, and focused on outcomes over inputs. You’re efficient, leveraging AI throughout all your processes, and autonomous without compromising on quality, and you always nail the basics on process, comms, and ATS hygiene.

  • You’re entrepreneurial and want to be part of building a business. You’re not looking for a narrow recruiter role; you want ownership, influence, and to play a key role in shaping a team through our scaling journey.

  • You’re outcomes-focused, with a strong bias to action. You don’t get stuck in process or theory, you move things forward, fast and get to the right answer by testing. You can hire for both high-volume and specialised searches for niche roles.

  • You’re a great communicator, i.e. clear, concise, and persuasive. You can write great outreach, pitch to a passive candidate, have exceptional behavioural and competency-based interviewing skills, and can hold your own in a strategic conversation with senior leaders.

  • You’re proactive and crave accountability. You don’t wait for instructions; you figure out what’s needed and make it happen. You can execute with little guidance & lots of ambiguity.

  • You’re ambitious and competitive; not in a sharp-elbows way, but because you care deeply about your career and doing the best work of your life. You’re hungry to grow fast and know that great things require effort and discipline.

  • And you’re just a really good human, i.e. collaborative, kind, low-ego. You want to win, but not at the expense of others. You give feedback generously and seek it actively. You raise the bar for those around you.

At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out.

A few things to note:
  • We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices. At this early stage of our company life-cycle it's important to us that we get this together-time, and you can read more about why we believe this is a winning move here

  • We're commercial, ambitious and we don't pretend otherwise! We're actively seeking folks looking to make the most of a career-defining opportunity, with the hunger to be part of building something really impressive. You can see our values here

  • We sometimes use AI note-takers to help us transcribe interview notes, so we can be more present in your interview. If you'd like to opt out of us using automatic transcribers, please note this in the free text field in your application, otherwise we'll take your application as confirmation that you're happy for us to use notetakers (whether added to video calls or in the background).

We are proud to be recognised for both our culture and product, and we are just getting started. Join us as we grow!

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
