Working as part of a newly formed European Sourcing team you will lead the search for top external talent for both open roles and future pipelines. You will use a wide-range of innovative and constantly evolving sourcing techniques to identify and engage with senior (leadership level) external talent. You will be embedded within our South Central Europe business and serve as business partner and talent market expert to our leaders across Supply Chain & Engineering as well as HR. As an ambassador for our company, you will effectively convey our vision and values to inspire top talent to a career at Mondelēz. Partnering with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Leads, and People leads (HR) you will ensure that our talent pipelines are filled with diverse, high performing talent which will ensure our future growth and success.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract external talent through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Drive exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer, ensuring robust communication at each stage. Keeping in touch with talent pipelines and keeping them engaged and up to date.
  • Converting potential talent into active job applicants by engagement and influencing techniques, utilising strong emotional intelligence to understand motivations and drivers.
  • Conducting initial assessments of candidate qualifications and interest and leadership competencies, ensuring that they align with the role requirements and values.
  • Staying up to date with market trends and competitor intelligence gathering and using these insights to support sourcing strategies and make recommendations to support the talent agenda.
  • Partnering and consulting with the business to understand current and future needs in line with workforce planning and building relevant pipelines that support a growth strategy.
  • Driving consistency in the sourcing process and talent pipelining processes to ensure a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience.
  • Building positive relationships by collaborating across key stakeholder groups (i.e. Supply Chain Leaders, HR Leads, TA Leads/ Advisors, Hiring Managers, etc.) to ensure that we're implementing sourcing and hiring efforts that address our most critical talent needs and working towards our diversity goals.
  • Creating innovative value add solutions to the external market to build and maintain diverse candidate slates.
  • Providing hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Leads/Advisors with accurate and timely updates on candidate activity, sourcing metrics and reporting trends and issues, and providing recommendations for strategic improvements.
  • Sourcing and assessing candidates using tools that increase connections with underrepresented groups and minorities with pace and at scale, leveraging networks and internet research.
  • Evaluating market data to build and present sourcing strategies to recruiting and business partners, inclusive of demonstrated use of diversity sourcing channels.


What you will bring:

  • Significant prior experience in senior-level direct Talent Sourcing and/or leadership search: in a search firm / agency; or an in-house role focused on senior talent sourcing / leadership hiring.
  • Passion for developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies to compete for top talent in a competitive environment.
  • Passion for new ways of working, curious about new sourcing techniques and practices.
  • Advanced sourcing skills; strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and practices; online sourcing, Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean searches, social media and candidate generation
  • Strong understanding of technology and experience using talent acquisition systems, including Applicant Tracking, Candidate Relationship Management, Artificial Intelligence, Social Media Platforms, and other tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize ad hoc market intelligence data to provide information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc).
  • Strong stakeholder management, ability to influence hiring managers to meet with your talent pipelines.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, ability inspire others and to convey our vision and values.
  • Excellent influencing ability - able to convert prospects into candidates and hires, as well as talent pipelines
  • Outstanding written skills - from crafting initial outreach to candidates to writing compelling candidate profiles for hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills - ability to plan, drive and track metrics for multiple recruiting projects. The ability to work to tight hiring timelines
  • Experience working with manufacturing companies is preferred (i.e. food & beverage, consumer goods, automotive, pharmaceuticals, etc.); experience hiring for their Supply Chain & Engineering functions would be an advantage.
