As a Senior Supply and Demand Planner, you’ll not only lead supply planning and supplier collaboration, you’ll also act as deputy for the Supply and Demand Manager when required, giving you exposure to leadership and decision-making at a higher level. You’ll influence key supply chain strategies, support seasonal and promotional planning, and build strong relationships across the business to deliver outstanding availability and reduce waste.

What you’ll do

  • Take ownership of supply planning and ordering, while stepping up as deputy for the Supply and Demand Manager to provide leadership and continuity when needed.
  • Drive improvements in supplier performance by measuring, reporting, and acting on key metrics like order fulfilment and delivery accuracy.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal planning, making sure timelines are met and customers get the best experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage seasonal peaks and trading events, responding quickly to feedback and challenges.
  • Influence key decisions by providing supply chain insight and acting as the primary point of contact for upstream teams.

Who you are

  • Experienced in supply and demand planning within a food environment, with a strong understanding of supplier collaboration.
  • Analytical and detail-focused, confident using data to solve problems and improve performance.
  • Highly organised and proactive, able to anticipate challenges and deliver solutions under pressure.
  • A strong communicator who builds relationships across teams and works collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
  • Passionate about food and committed to learning about our brand and customers, bringing energy and curiosity to everything you do.
