•    Ensure suppliers are paid correctly, validate invoices, and challenge or resolve incorrect charges and billing disputes
•    Work with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, support process improvements, and enhance supplier performance
•    Perform regular supplier performance reviews (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
•    Analyse supplier data including customer rates, quality, attrition, communication scores, and churn
•    Identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective and gap-closing action plans with suppliers
•    Ensure execution, tracking, and effectiveness of agreed actions
•    Support coordination of training activities, quality initiatives, and calibration sessions

•    Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in Supplier Management or a related field
•    Excellent communication skills

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
