About the Team
Accuris Core Intelligence team builds and operates core production services and large-scale data processing pipelines that power document decomposition, semantic enrichment, search, and intelligent assistance across Accuris products. We work at the intersection of NLP, machine learning, and Generative AI, turning unstructured and semi-structured data into high-quality, searchable, and actionable knowledge. The team is a close collaboration of data scientists, software engineers, and ML engineers, focused on designing robust, scalable systems that take advanced models from research to reliable production, supporting real-world customer workflows at scale.
Your Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer, you will work on the core backend services that power large-scale data processing and intelligent systems. You will design, build, and operate production-grade APIs and data pipelines, enabling Data Science and ML teams to reliably deliver results into real-world applications.
Designing and implementing high-performance APIs for data processing pipelines and services with a strong focus on cloud cost efficiency, scalability, reliability, and flexibility. Building production-ready microservices and pipelines using modern DevOps practices, including automated cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, testing, versioning, and observability. Integrating and operating event-driven systems and streaming pipelines for data-intensive workloads. Optimizing data preprocessing, model serving, and inference pipelines, including scaling GPU-based workloads. Participating in the full production service lifecycle: design, development, deployment, monitoring, logging, and continuous improvement
Required Technical Skills
Strong software engineering fundamentals with 4+ years of professional experience building and operating production systems. Proven experience developing production backend API services using Python frameworks. Hands-on experience with Kafka or other message-based / streaming systems. Solid understanding of Docker , Kubernetes , and Linux -based environments. Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS (compute, networking, storage, monitoring). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, logging, monitoring, and operational metrics Experience with GoLang, DotNet or other programming languages is a strong plus.
Domain Knowledge
Experience with data-intensive backend systems. Interest or experience in ML models, Generative AI, and agentic systems is a strong plus.
Education & Communication
BSc in Computer Science or a closely related field Upper-intermediate or higher English, both written and spoken Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders
