Responsibilities:
- Design & Develop cloud‑native applications and services with a focus on ease of use, performance, and scalability.
- Build solutions using the Microsoft .NET stack on AWS, following high standards for code, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Contribute to architecture and framework decisions, proposing improvements aligned with project goals and constraints.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies (planning, grooming, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) to ensure iterative, incremental delivery.
- Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to establish, understand, and refine requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
- Ensure security, maintainability, and code quality through reviews, pair programming, and adherence to standards.
- Play an active role in on‑time, high‑quality delivery throughout the lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Implement and maintain automated tests (unit/integration/contract) and quality gates; increase coverage for critical paths.
- Contribute to containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for reliable deployments.
- Support production operations: monitor, troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive preventive improvements.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation for features, services, and interfaces.
- Mentor mid-level engineers, share best practices, and elevate team standards.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-7+ years of experience in software development, including delivery of web‑based applications.
- Experience with microservices architecture and designing cloud‑native systems.
- Full‑stack development experience: backend expertise plus familiarity with modern front‑end frameworks (Angular or React).
- Strong collaboration skills; comfortable working across dev, IT, and product teams; proactive, curious, and action‑oriented.
- Good spoken and written English (B2 level or above).
Required Knowledge / Technologies
- C# .NET Core, REST API, Angular, React, JavaScript, Module Federation.
- Docker, Containerization & Kubernetes.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Azure DevOps (for planning, repos, pipelines, and releases).
- Databases: solid SQL knowledge; ability to design schemas, write performant queries, and use ORMs (e.g., Entity Framework).
- Version control with Git and collaborative workflows (PRs, code reviews).
