The Senior ServiceDesk Reliability Engineer is responsible for managing incident resolutions, utilizing SRE fundamentals, writing scripts in Go/Python, and maintaining monitoring systems while collaborating closely with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
- SRE fundamentals: core metrics SLO/SLI, error budget, MTTA/MTTR, toil management;
- AI experience, Claude code, Claude CLI, MCP;
- Monitoring systems: APM, Log management, Tracing, Dashboards;
- Jira Service Management (+JSM Operations) API + Automation: JQL/CRUD, webhooks, webhooks actions, fields set up, SLA/escalations;
- GCP Basic: deploying small tasks on Cloud Run/Functions. BigQuery;
- Incident management and participation in resolution, postmortems (critical). Ready to work on-call, multitasking;
- Go/Python: write scripts/CLIs against REST APIs (pagination, retries, idempotency); export data to a database (Go preferred);
- Experience with no-code builders;
- Autonomy & proactivity; strong teamwork (critical); ability to own tasks end-to-end and collaborate with engineering and product; ability to identify bottlenecks;
- Communication (English B2+): running war-rooms, facilitating meetings with engineering leads and product managers.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Google Cloud (GCF);
- Experience Datadog monitoring system;
- Experience Terraform;
- Experience in fintech;
- Knowledge of Kubernetes components.
