About the Role
As a Senior Product Security Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to deliver successful deployments of Rapid7's security solutions while ensuring customers achieve maximum value. Specifically, your focus will be to:
- Partner with clients to understand requirements and design tailored deployment plans.
- Install, configure, and integrate Rapid7 products to meet business and security goals.
- Automate and optimize solutions through APIs, scripting, and dashboards.
- Provide training, documentation, and expert guidance to ensure long-term success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance delivery practices and share best-in-class knowledge.
The skills and qualities you'll bring include:
- 5+ years' experience deploying and configuring enterprise or security software.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Proven project management and multitasking capability.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python or PowerShell) and working with APIs.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of network technologies and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, MITRE).
- Experience administering Windows, Linux, or MacOS environments.
