Vistex Sr Project Manager, Solution Delivery will lead large complex projects / programs between $2M to $5M in budget or manage multiple complex engagements across multiple Vistex customer. The primary responsibility of this role is to build client relationships and successfully deliver the assigned projects. The Sr Project Manager will provide thought leadership across all technical and business process aspects for the engagements they manage.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple clients /complex projects at any given time.
- Assist in pre-sales activities and expanding Vistex consulting services.
- Assist with scoping and estimating project work.
- Identify and close new service opportunities for your assigned clients.
- Identify appropriate consulting skills required for the projects.
- Onsite Lead for implementation project(s).
- Experience managing SOW / Contract requirements and related change requests (CR) for fixed priced engagements
- Adhere to all documented PMO process and procedures (DM Manual and related documentation).
- Lead the effort to define deliverables, templates and standards for the project.
- Develop and manage detailed integrated project plan including project milestone and deliverables.
- Identify, track, and report project performance metrics to the client.
- Manage project issues/risks, scope, budgets and client expectations.
- First point of escalation for project related issues.
- Establish "trusted advisor" relationships with key client and implementation partner stakeholders.
- Monitor budget to actual project expenditures, headcount and deliverable completion.
- Manage and maintain project financials (resources, schedule and budget).
- Subject matter expert in SAP methodologies and implementation best practices.
- Mentoring project managers and delivery managers as needed.

Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better. Experience Required SAP experience managing complex and fixed priced projects. Order to Cash & Finance area expertise. Experience in multiple SAP full lifecycle software implementations. Expertise with SAP Waterfall and Agile methodologies and related tools and templates Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn new software quickly. Preferred Knowledge of Vistex software a plus. Experience working with Big 4 or other large consulting firms a plus.
