Job PurposeReporting to the Manager, Salesforce Consulting Services, the Senior Salesforce Consultant balances strong consultative expertise with functional and technical responsibilities. The position ensures that clients receive comprehensive solutions aligned to their business needs; and involves significant client interaction and the ability to translate technical capabilities into functional benefits for clients.
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will demonstrate high-level competency around Salesforce as a platform, as well as the products within our SF suite, including WFE, BH4SF, WFM, mPloyee and/or Connexys. You will either lead the implementation of packaged offerings across multiple BH4SF product lines or provide expert support on those projects. You’ll also continuously further your expertise in multiple BH4SF applications and applicable soft skills.
You will work closely with the customer and internal teams to understand customer requirements, provide expertise to deliver appropriate solutions and manage expectations to deliver an incredible customer experience.
Department PurposeSalesforce Services manages the Implementation and Consultancy of the Bullhorn suite of Salesforce Products (including BH4SF, WFM, Mployee, Connexys and Jobscience). The team supports customers from Presales through Implementation and Deployment and into Ongoing Support and Enhancement as required.
Responsibilities and TasksModerate to high-level configuration and administration of multiple applications in the BH4SF product portfolio.
Managing client relationships across the implementation life cycle.
Leading client-facing sessions to gather technical and business process requirements, develop detailed use cases/specifications, and manage expectations within Bullhorn's capabilities and offerings.
Acting as the primary cross-functional project liaison between Bullhorn's business units, e.g., PMO, Prodtech, and Support teams.
Providing consultative advice to clients on BH4SF and industry best practices to optimize workflow and increase system ROI.
Driving implementation processes, including provisioning, configuration, and customization of BH4SF applications, delegating work where appropriate.
Assisting clients or identifying appropriate resources to assist with technical queries related to custom development, report development, and integrations with external systems.
Implementing and managing Adoption and Change Readiness programs for new clients, including communication planning and rollout strategies.
Conducting business process mapping, KPI development, and business case analysis for clients.
Offering strategic and technical guidance to clients on leveraging Bullhorn tools and features for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting progress and status updates to the Professional Services leadership team on ongoing projects and client engagements.
You have 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in the definition and execution of enterprise software projects in a technical, business analysis, or consulting role in the Staffing or Saas industry:
You have extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
You have extensive experience in supporting IT projects and/or implementations.
Proven ability to manage complex client engagements and drive successful outcomes.
You have a consultative mindset with the ability to offer practical advice and technical solutions to clients, with demonstrable experience in the project governance process.
You have experience in business process analysis and all phases of the SDLC (Systems Development Lifecycle) methodology.
You have expertise in guiding clients through a standardized process while keeping them within its scope.
You have experience holding external parties accountable for their responsibilities and commitments and driving difficult conversations if they don't.
You have a track record of successfully executing against key performance indicators.
You have strong verbal, written, organizational, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
