The role in a nutshell:
 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in Salesforce CPQ and project management to optimize and enhance our Salesforce environment. In this role, you will support a robust Salesforce ecosystem, oversee complex projects, and collaborate across departments to drive Salesforce adoption, system efficiency, and CPQ functionality for our sales and revenue teams.
How you will make a difference:
 

  • Salesforce Administration: Manage advanced administration functions, including complex user profiles, roles, and permission sets, while supporting ongoing user requests and troubleshooting.
  • CPQ Implementation and Management: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce CPQ to support pricing, quoting, and revenue operations. Ensure CPQ functionality aligns with business requirements and optimize efficiency.
  • Project Management: Lead Salesforce-related projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, project planning, timeline management, resource coordination and documentation.
  • Agile/Scrum Leadership: Serve as the Scrum Master for Salesforce projects, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.
  • Data Governance and Integrity: Establish and maintain data hygiene best practices. Oversee data audits, implement data cleansing processes, and integrate data enrichment tools as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to align Salesforce initiatives with business goals, streamline processes, and enhance user experience.
  • User Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials, document processes, and provide support to end users. Foster user adoption of new features, including Salesforce CPQ and any additional custom functionality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging CPQ tools, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.

What will give you an advantage:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with proven success in a large user environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator and CPQ Specialist Certifications required (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, pricing, and quoting best practices.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, ideally with Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder), and reporting. Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality and process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of training end users and creating documentation.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange tools for CPQ and data enrichment.
  • Familiarity with additional Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Revenue) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
