Main Purpose

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will join the Strategy Team and play a pivotal role in supporting the UK Revenue Organisation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, is a self-starter, and is eager to take on challenges with minimal oversight. You will be responsible for optimising sales processes, driving data-driven insights, and ensuring operational efficiency to maximise revenue growth.

Office-based role (4 days in the office/ 1 day remote)

Responsibilities & Duties

Strategic Initiatives: 

  • Drive strategic alignment partnering with leadership, own the implementation of go-to-market strategies, process improvements and revenue generating initiatives.
  • Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to drive alignment and efficiency.

Operational Efficiency and Sales Technology:

  • Maximise efficiency by strategically managing and optimising sales technology tools such as Salesforce, automation tools and reporting systems. Collaborate with the US team counterpart to ensure global alignment. 
  • Manage Salesforce to ensure data integrity and improve pipeline visibility. Streamline sales operations by identifying bottlenecks, implementing improvements and monitor processes to ensure they are streamlined and productivity is enhanced.
  • Leverage sales enablement platforms to streamline prospecting, increase rep productivity and improve deal execution. (examples: Outreach and ZoomInfo)
  • Identify gaps in the tech stack, keep up with the latest sales ops technology, evaluate new tools and implement solutions that drive automation and reduce manual effort.

Performance Insights and Enablement:

  • Own data driven insights, analyse sales performance metrics, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory management, setting targets and reporting to ensure accurate sales projections.
  • Support enablement by assisting sales teams with training, process adherence and best practices to enhance performance.
  • Assist commissions process by maintaining business plans, managing and analysing commission structures, ensuring accuracy in payouts and optimising incentive plans for the revenue team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Business Operations within a high growth organisation.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with a proven track record of turning complex data into meaningful insights
  • CRM and tools expertise in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools (Tableau).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management with ability to present findings, influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams to drive decisions in a global setting with multiple time zones.
  • Self starter mindset with ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems without constant supervision.
  • Adaptability and resilience, comfortable working in an evolving environment and tackling new challenges.

Preferred Requirements

  • Hands on experience with sales automation tools and client engagement platforms.
  • Background in tech, marketplace or staffing businesses.
  • Knowledge of sales compensation design and implementation
  • SQL skills an advantage
