With a global network including offices in New York, California, London, Frankfurt, Milan, Lisbon, Dublin, Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo, the Corporate Trust (CT) team at Deutsche Bank has long been recognised as a leader in the provision of administrative and fiduciary services to the global debt and equities markets.

You will drive new business growth across structures covering Asset Backed Securities, Collateralized loan obligation (CLOs) and Private Credit, Corporate Debt, Escrows, Project Finance and Loan Agency. You will be responsible for driving and expanding CT Sales efforts in the region, a specific focus on driving growth initiatives.

Your key responsibilities

  • Drive new business across an existing client, prospect and intermediary portfolio, originating new business mandates across Securities Services & Trust products and client segments to grow revenues
  • Develop/execute strategic short and long-term sales execution plans and sales campaigns for growth products, ownership of revenue and calling targets aligned to wider growth strategy of the business
  • Collaborate across the bank’s core pillars (e.g. CB, IB, PB) to maximise referral opportunities to grow revenues
  • Preparation and delivery of Request for Proposal (RfP) responses and tailored sales pitches
  • Drive the sales execution process across live pipeline, organise/execute calling plans and strategic sales initiatives
  • Direct client/prospect engagement and represent the bank at industry conferences/seminars and/or awards

Your skills and experience

  • Track record in product sales and delivering sales growth
  • Relevant product, market development and corporate strategy experience, gained in a leading financial institution; Securitisation/Capital Markets/Corporate Trust/Securities Services experience
  • Knowledge of corporate trust and/or securities services product and/or core client segments alongside a track record of positive client engagement
  • Experience in being responsible for aggressive revenue targets and building new and successful relationships
  • Ability to articulate clearly to an executive audience/present to senior stakeholders
  • Foreign language skills including German/Spanish/French beneficial, not essential
