Shape the Future of Manufacturing with AtkinsRéalis.

At AtkinsRéalis, we’re not just a global consultancy with over 80 years of design and engineering excellence—we’re a team of innovators shaping the future of sustainable infrastructure. Join us and be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your ideas and expertise help deliver transformative projects across the UK and beyond.

We’re proud of our diverse portfolio, but what truly sets us apart is our people. Their creativity, technical brilliance, and inclusive mindset drive our success. When you join AtkinsRéalis, you’ll be empowered to make a real impact—your voice will be heard, your contributions valued, and your growth supported.

Your Purpose:

Your Role is Designing the Future of Manufacturing. We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager with a passion for designing and delivering world-class manufacturing plant and facilities. In our Nuclear & Power Division, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams on high-profile projects that support the UK’s energy transition and industrial innovation. From advanced manufacturing plants to cutting-edge production environments, your work will help shape the infrastructure that powers progress.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in project management of manufacturing plant and facilities from design through to procurement, installation and delivery, ideally within regulated or complex environments.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build trust with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to managing project performance, risk, and change, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality.
  • Experienced in effective commercial management of D&B contracts and supply chain delivery.
  • A collaborative mindset, eager to mentor others and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK and adapt to project needs.

Why work for AtkinsRéalis?

We help to power our world through exciting new technologies and intelligent cybersecurity systems on projects that vary greatly in size, scope, and scale. So, you'll be creating the right safe and resilient systems across nuclear power, renewables, decarbonisation development, new builds and energy efficiency.

We value your diversity and believe that everyone deserves to thrive – no exceptions. You'll be part of a culture committed to finding new talent from underrepresented groups. We're Disability Confident, an Inclusive Employer, and support STEM Returners. We also want to see more women in senior roles at AtkinsRéalis. What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
