THE TEAM
This Senior Project Manager role is part of the Marketing Orchestration Team.
The Marketing Orchestration team at RAPP is a pivotal team focused on the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of production and technology-based projects for our clients. This implementation team involves setting up innovative products and technologies that enhance operational efficiencies and drive cost savings. The team requires transformation knowledge in Change Management processes, working with global multi- disciplinary integrated agency teams knowing how to review e2e process to identify efficiencies and effectiveness across the entire delivery chain.
YOUR ROLE
Job Summary:
· The Delivery Lead role is a hybrid position that combines client service and project management, leading on the planning, execution, and delivery of campaign and technology-driven projects. This role emphasises the effective implementation of localisation campaigns and the development of technology platforms in line with the brand’s transformational roadmap. It demands strong client-facing abilities and a deep understanding of delivering projects within time and on budget.
· This role is ideal for an ambitious Account or Project Manager with 5-8 years of agency experience who wants to work closely with a global leading brand and/or wants to be part of the future of content strategy/creation/production.
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Leadership: Lead the execution of localised campaigns for global clients along with a strong understanding of tech solutions and offshore models
· Technology Platform Development: Play a pivotal role in building technology platforms that support the brand’s transformational roadmap, integrating innovative solutions.
· Client and Market Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with central clients and local markets to produce realistic project plans and deliver impactful campaigns. Be point of contact for project delivery and client service on projects.
· Stakeholder Management: Support high-impact projects while managing internal teams and senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
· Complex Project Timings: Develop and present complex project timings to external stakeholders, demonstrating full campaign knowledge.
· Campaign Presentation: Meet and present new campaigns and processes to local markets, showcasing innovation and effectiveness.
· Resource Management: Partner with internal teams to ensure projects are resourced effectively, keeping teams informed of deliverables using a range of tools.
· Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal departments across all stages of the project, fostering teamwork and innovation.
THE REQUIREMENTS
· Localised Process Understanding: Deep understanding of the localised process and its integration into campaign and project delivery.
· Digital Production Expertise: Extensive experience in digital production and content development, with a proven track record in digital, social, and AI
· Global/Local Operating Models: Experience working in global/local operating models, with adaptation and orchestration of centrally produced assets.
· Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
· Problem-Solving Ability: Confident problem-solver with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
· Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output and compliance.
· Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building skills, including the ability to manage expectations and foster collaboration.
