Your Responsibilities:
1) Project Leadership
- Project planning and initiation
- Operational project management, including project reporting and stakeholder management
- Project communication and presentation
2) Project Work
- Subject-matter work within projects
- Analysis
- Concept development
- Solution implementation
3) Development of New Project Ideas and Proposals
Your Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Accounting, or a comparable qualification
- Certified project management qualification is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in operational controlling or accounting functions
- Extensive experience in project management within complex organizational environments
- Several years of functional or disciplinary leadership experience
- Broad experience in international collaboration within cross-functional teams
- Experience in IT projects, particularly in agile environments, is an advantage
- Independent, solution-oriented, pragmatic, and focused working style, even under time pressure
- High level of commitment, resilience, and willingness to embrace change
- Curiosity for new topics and a strong commitment to continuous learning
- Strong ability to analyze complex problems and explain them clearly and transparently
- Decision-making capability
- Persuasive and assertive team player
- Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage
- Confident presence in presentations
- Broad, hands-on controlling expertise across various areas, e.g., investment controlling, operational controlling in R&D, MSC, and Commercial Operations
- Accounting knowledge and understanding of IFRS
- Knowledge of financial systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge of SAP Finance (advanced knowledge is an advantage)
- Working knowledge of planning software, e.g., Anaplan
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
