Senior Product Marketing Manager - UK

We’re looking for an experienced, customer-centric and commercially-minded individual to join our Product team as a Senior Product Marketing Manager
We are reimagining what it means for organisations to be resilient to cyber-attacks. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a part in building an entirely new market category: Cyber Workforce Resilience.
As a voice and advocate for Product Marketing excellence within Immersive, you will be a key driver of the evolution of our flagship Immersive One platform, ensuring we continue to delight our users and expand our market leadership.
Reporting to our Chief Product Officer and based out of the UK, you will own and develop positioning, messaging, and content for key products and solutions, as well as enable sales and partnerships teams. You’ll thrive on creating bold, thought-provoking stories, be an engaging and articulate presenter, and be excited to play a part in our vision.
Our most successful marketers here bring creativity, innovation, and analytical rigor to their work, while constantly expanding their knowledge through cross-team collaboration. You should be the sparring partner for the Product Managers and Product Designers teams with a close eye for scalability and commerciality.
Additionally you will build and leverage relationships with Go To Market, Customer Marketing and our Cyber teams.
As a senior individual contributor in the team, your main responsibilities will include:
Create compelling, persona-driven, and high-performing collateral up and down the funnel to educate the market on people-centric cybersecurity and help drive sales and renewals
Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, in both the UK & US, including Product Management, Sales, Sales Engineering, Content Marketing, Marketing, and Customer Success
Support marketing campaigns, write content, participate in webinars, and lead sales and partner enablement for your key solution areas
Own and lead product launches from beginning to end
Research industry trends to proactively recommend messaging and content that will resonate with target audiences and drive conversions throughout the buyer journey
Analyze competitors, develop battle cards, and present analyses internally

Extensive experience working in a SaaS environment. Experience in a Cybersecurity vendor is strongly preferred.
Strategic and commercial mindset - you have a track record of launching successful products that solve real problems for customers, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical teams - you’re a storyteller, able to influence without authority
Proven ability to balance and champion business and customer needs
Leading discovery and user feedback sessions
Motivation and engagement of high impact product delivery team - can rally cross-functional teams around a shared vision
Evidence-based approach to planning and decision making. You’re analytical and structural in your approach and a systems thinker
Technical aptitude with ability to evaluate different approaches to delivery
