We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager who blends the best of classic PMM skills—positioning, messaging, go-to-market—with a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem. You’ll own how we tell the story of BigCommerce’s product value in partnership with our ISVs, agencies, and SIs—and play a critical role in how we go to market, land deals, and expand our footprint. This is a role for a strategic storyteller, cross-functional influencer, and ecosystem evangelist who knows that customer success doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens when the right technologies and teams come together at the right time.
What You’ll Do:Own end-to-end messaging and positioning for key product lines, especially those where partners are core to customer success
Craft high-impact narratives that articulate how BigCommerce + Partner = Accelerated value (1 + 1 = 3)
Lead and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, ecosystem integrations, and joint solutions
Be the master of your domain—the go-to internal expert others seek for clarity, content, and confidence
Partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, Alliances, and Product to ensure alignment across messaging, enablement, and pipeline strategies
Develop solution briefs, sales tools, playbooks, and co-branded materials that explain not just what we do—but how we win together
Understand the partner sales cycle—and know when to bring in the right ISV, agency, or GSI to tip the deal
Influence our roadmap and packaging by capturing partner feedback and mapping it to customer needs
Contribute to thought leadership and analyst content that positions BigCommerce as a best-in-class ecosystem platform
Help build repeatable, scalable ways to position and launch joint offerings and integration stories across channels
5+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS or commerce, with experience in or adjacent to a MarTech/commerce partner ecosystem
A strong grasp of how ISVs and services partners accelerate go-to-market and increase win rates in B2B or B2C environments
A sharp, structured thinker who can turn product features and integrations into differentiated stories
Equal parts strategist and executor—comfortable crafting positioning and getting your hands dirty writing, building, and enabling
A hustler and go-getter who can operate autonomously, influence in a matrix org, and drive alignment across teams
Trusted and credible with Product, Sales, and Partnerships—you know how to earn buy-in and bring people with you
Passionate about customer outcomes, and how the right ecosystem unlocks scale, speed, and satisfaction
A clear communicator with strong writing chops, presentation skills, and empathy for your audience
