As a Senior Product Manager at Movable Ink, you’ll develop, launch and drive adoption of best-in-class integrations with Movable Ink’s email and mobile technology partners. This role extends the reach of our innovative AI-first personalization across channels and platforms, unlocking new customer touch points for the brands who rely on us to tailor their experiences. You’ll collaborate daily with an in-house engineering team, cross-functional partners including partnerships, sales and customer experience, and serve as a primary point of contact for third-party ecosystem relationships. This is a role for a product thinker who loves connecting solutions and people. 

This role will be reporting to the Vice President of Product Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain subject matter expertise on Movable Ink's capabilities as they relate to upcoming and existing third-party marketing technology platform partnerships.
  • Conceptualize, develop and launch integrations in close collaboration with engineering team and commercial partners, with a focus on adoption and booking metrics as north stars.
  • Foster new and ongoing relationships with third-party messaging partners across technical and business development contacts, maintaining an integration pipeline and roadmap alongside our partnerships team. 
  • Write pitches, product requirement documents, and user stories to build a shared understanding of user needs and success criteria.
  • Manage sprints, features, and enhancements in the backlog.
  • Stay informed about internal and external releases that affect existing and future integrations, providing sufficient runway to implement requisite changes.
  • Be a strong advocate for our customers in every interaction and decision.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years product management experience working directly with engineering, design and cross-functional stakeholders such as sales, partnerships and customer experience.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, capable of balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic goals.
  • Comfortable evaluating API documentation to match existing capabilities with ideal behavior.
  • Skilled communicator who can comfortably switch talk tracks between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Enjoys the process of comprehending a new software or tool, becoming a subject matter expert and then educating others about how it works.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and build consensus. 
  • Proficient understanding of marketing technology, specifically messaging platforms and Communications Platforms as a Service (CPaaS); adtech is a plus.

The base pay range for this position is $145,500 - 189,000 USD/year, which can include additional bonus depending on the position ultimately offered, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
