The roleAs a Senior Product Manager for our Virtual Data Room (VDR), you’ll own and shape the Document Collaboration Experience – the heart of how thousands of professionals interact with critical documents every day.
You’ll lead the evolution of the tools that power how users open, review, edit, protect, and enhance documents with and without AI. From seamless redaction and real-time editing to intelligent search and instant translation, you’ll transform complex workflows into fast, intuitive, and confident experiences.

Working closely with engineering, design, data, and client-facing peers, you will turn discovery insights into scalable solutions that empower secure, high-stakes decision-making across the globe.
This role is open to candidates based in Ukraine, Portugal, or Poland.
What you will doDefine and execute the product area strategy for the Document Collaboration Experience inside the VDR, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and company vision
Drive continuous improvement of existing core document collaboration functionalities, including viewing experience, redaction workflows, encrypted document handling, in-house editor, 3rd-party integrations, and AI-powered features (search, translation, PII detection, etc)
Proactively uncover new product opportunities through structured discovery, leveraging user interviews, surveys, behavioral analytics, support and feedback analysis, market and competitor research, data deep-dives, experimentation, and close collaboration with stakeholders
Prioritize opportunities and solutions based on user reach, impact, ROI, technical feasibility, and business risk, while maintaining a balanced roadmap that spans innovation, optimization, technical excellence, and cross-functional initiatives
Define and communicate product requirements through interactive prototypes, well-structured PRDs, and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
Collaborate with engineers, designers, UX writers, and data analysts within cross-functional product teams to co-create and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
Contribute to GTM strategy and work with the marketing team to develop launch plans, positioning, and messaging that drive product adoption and market success
Measure success post-launch and iterate based on data and feedback
3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes
Proven experience across the full product lifecycle – from discovery to go-to-market and post-release activities
Skilled in using both customer insights and data to inform product decisions
Ability to turn industry and market trends into clear product strategies
Passion for delivering intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful experiences
Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) in daily product work to multiply output and reduce time spent on research, documentation, data analysis, and routine tasks
Experience working on technically complex features or workflows and collaborating closely with engineering teams
Excellent collaboration, communication, and English proficiency (C1 level)
Experience working with document-based systems, editors, rendering engines, or file workflows
Experience building or owning AI-powered features (e.g., LLM integrations, AI-assisted search, automated translation, etc)
Understanding of M&A, fundraising, or other financial operations

Product management expertise and problem discovery interview with the Group Product Manager (90-120 min)
Short take-home task: one-pager / mini PRD (2–3 hours effort, 1–2 days turnaround)
UI/UX and solution discovery interview with the Head of Product Design (60 min)
Product delivery interview with the Director of Engineering (60 min)
Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (90 mins)
