We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.

Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, our standard 25 days holiday (which goes up the longer you’re with us), and a matched pension scheme, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.

About you:

You're an experienced Product Manager who has successfully managed complex B2B SaaS (Business-to-Business Software as a Service) products within ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or business management software environments. You excel at managing multiple products, transforming established solutions whilst pioneering AI-driven innovations. You're equally comfortable optimising traditional business systems and building cutting-edge, AI-native applications.

You combine deep customer empathy with strong technical understanding, using data to drive decisions whilst maintaining a vision for transformative change. You thrive on complexity, seeing opportunity in both product turnarounds and breakthrough innovations. Most importantly, you're excited about reimagining business software through AI whilst ensuring existing customers continue to receive exceptional value.

Day-to-day, you will:

·       Drive product strategy - You'll own two distinct products in the warehouse management and manufacturing space, leading their evolution from traditional solutions to AI-enhanced platforms that deliver exceptional value to small and medium-sized businesses and mid-market customers

·       Deliver customer value - You'll partner with small and medium-sized businesses and mid-market customers to deeply understand their needs, validate solutions, and ensure both immediate satisfaction and long-term success across both product lines

·       Enable cross-functional success - You'll collaborate with engineering, support, go-to-market, marketing, customer success and sales teams to deliver cohesive experiences, balancing optimisation of existing systems with rapid innovation

·       Own commercial outcomes - You'll drive product profitability through strategic roadmap decisions, pricing optimisation, and identification of expansion opportunities in both traditional and AI-enhanced capabilities

Your skills and experiences might also include:

·       Product leadership excellence - You have a proven track record managing B2B SaaS products through significant transitions, from stabilisation to innovation, with demonstrated impact on key metrics (product Net Promoter Score, Annual Recurring Revenue, retention)

·       AI and technical understanding - You have a strong grasp of AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) applications in business software and modern architectures, able to engage credibly with engineering teams on both legacy optimisation and AI-enabled product development

·       Customer and commercial acumen - You have experience managing high-value B2B relationships with deep understanding of SaaS metrics, particularly balancing retention in mature products whilst driving growth in innovative solutions

·       Execution excellence - You have strong prioritisation skills with ability to deliver under pressure in fast-paced environments, simultaneously driving innovation whilst ensuring reliable delivery

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
