What we’re looking for:

Your mission is to build the operating system that powers our customers' growth. You will evolve our customer platform from a set of integration tools into a strategic intelligence layer that helps our customers not just connect assets, but optimize and scale their asset pools to capture the full value of consumer flexibility. You will turn Enode’s unique data into actionable product insights, enabling our customers to move from 'launching' to 'scaling' with confidence and cementing Enode as an indispensable strategic partner.

You will collaborate closely with:

  • Josh Emerson, Engineering Manager, Experience Team

  • Your fellow PMs and leadership across our Connect and Flex product lines

  • A cross-functional group of engineers, designers, customer success, support and revenue teams.

This team thrives when product, engineering, and design are tightly aligned. We value clarity, transparency, and shared ownership, and you will play a central role in establishing these rhythms.

In this role, you will own the vision, strategy and end-to-end execution of our customer platform that enables our customers to build, operate, and scale their energy products on Enode. You will move beyond administrative tools to build a strategic intelligence layer that drives end user adoption, retention, and asset growth.

Specifically, you will:

  • Own the customer platform strategy: You will define the vision and roadmap that transforms our current tooling into a proactive operational intelligence layer. You will shape ambiguous use-cases into concrete features that help our customers move from "launching" to "scaling" their fleets.

  • Champion time-to-value: You will own integration enablement, ensuring that every developer who signs up has the documentation, sandboxes, and testing tools needed to deploy high-quality integrations quickly. You will be obsessed with removing friction from the "Sign Up" to "First Live Use Case" journey.

  • Treat data as a product: You will lead the discovery and delivery of high-value product development insights. You will build analytics that empower our customers to evaluate and improve product performance, spot churn risks, and make evidence-based decisions that help them win in their chosen markets.

  • Champion the Voice of the Customer: You will go beyond the metrics to deeply understand the humans behind the API keys. You will establish continuous feedback loops with our three core personas - Developers, Product Managers, and Support Ops - to ensure our platform enables them to deliver a seamless experience to their end users. You will bridge the gap between backend complexity and frontend usability, ensuring that our tools empower our customers to build trust and engagement with the millions of end users that will be connected through Enode.

  • Drive self-serve at scale: You will ruthlessly prioritize automation and in-platform guidance to reduce cost-to-serve. You will build the "playbooks and guardrails" that allow Support Ops teams to resolve issues independently, ensuring Enode’s value scales faster than our headcount.

  • Ensure "Day 1" readiness: You will collaborate closely with the Connect and Flex product teams to ensure that every new API feature ships with the corresponding platform tooling to drive immediate customer adoption.

You are a Senior Product Manager who looks at a dashboard and sees an operating system, not just a UI. You thrive in the intersection of developer experience, operational efficiency, and data visualization.

  • You aren't satisfied with building a standard admin portal; you aim to create the central operating system for consumer flexibility use cases. You push the Experience team to redefine what a B2B energy interface can look like, ensuring our platform sets the industry standard for usability and strategic impact.

  • You break down silos. You know that the Experience team sits at the intersection of Commercial, Engineering, and Design. You foster an open culture where feedback on "Integration Friction" flows freely back to the core product teams, ensuring we solve root causes, not just symptoms.

You bring:

  • Experience: B2B Product Management experience, specifically on Platform, Developer Tooling, or B2B SaaS products.

  • Technical literacy: You have strong technical acumen - you can understand APIs, SDKs, data flows and communicate effectively with engineers and designers alike.

  • Systems thinking: A proven track record of managing products that serve multiple distinct personas and operating contexts.

  • Bonus: Experience in energy tech, IoT, or climate tech domains and building B2B2C products.
