Mō te tūranga | About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager in the Business Product & Payments team, you will be at the forefront of driving the development and delivery of a strategic roadmap for working capital products, spanning customer, commercial and risk activity.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be collaborating across the whole organisation to ensure execution of the roadmap leads to outcomes that meet the business requirements, while following a robust process, adhering to governance standards and minimising risk.
While the role does not have direct reports, it may involve dotted-line leadership responsibilities, particularly in mentoring and guiding more junior team members. You’ll be expected to inspire a culture of high performance, influence stakeholders across the value chain, and support the Portfolio Head in strategy and delivery that drives positive commercial, customer, operational and risk outcomes.

Strong Product management fundamentals including risk management, leveraging data, and reporting to leverage portfolio results
Proven examples of implementing changes, driven observable metrics
High levels of commercial acumen and delivery focus demonstrated through results
Experience in developing market-leading products and a passion for innovation
Experience within the finance or banking industry preferred
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions
Strong stakeholder management skills to guide individuals to a fast and effective outcomes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
