Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join LucidLink, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and execution of our product roadmap. You’ll work closely with our go-to-market and engineering teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and acting as a vital connector between technical teams and business stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to your peers to discover, define, and prioritize delivery of impactful features that drive the biggest outcomes for LucidLink and for our global clients. Your work will help strengthen our position as a leader in cloud-native file collaboration, driving innovation and value across our platform.

Responsibilities
  • As a member of the Product Management team, you’ll collaborate with your fellow PMs, Product Designers, and Engineering Leads to define and drive the execution of LucidLink’s product strategy and roadmap, ensuring that the roadmap is tightly aligned with our business objectives and long-term vision.

  • Champion an outcomes-driven approach, prioritizing measurable impact - such as user adoption, retention, and revenue growth - over simply delivering features.

  • Lead and drive cross-functional teams through the entire lifecycle of product—from ideation, to validation, to experimentation, to delivery, to go-to-market, and iterative releases and scale-up.

  • Analyze market, customer, competitive, financial and usage data to identify product opportunities, and evaluate initiatives on the business and customer outcomes they produce.

  • Engage directly with customers and prospects to gather feedback and requirements, and collaborate with Support, Success, Solutions and Sales team for additional input. 

  • Embrace an agile approach to test-and-learn experimentation aimed at optimizing product features, improving user journeys, and driving meaningful behavioral changes.

  • Work across engineering, product design, product marketing, sales and support teams to deliver coordinated product releases that enables all teams to be successful.

  • Help define then take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect desired outcomes, and use them to guide prioritization, roadmap creation, and success measurement

  • Have a keen awareness and consideration for monetization strategies—including pricing and packaging.

  • Demonstrate an interest and affinity for deeply technical products. 

Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional experience in a SaaS or software company.

  • 5+ years of direct experience in B2B SaaS or software product management, with a strong track record of driving growth in dynamic, cross-functional teams.

  • Deep expertise in data analysis, experimentation, and data-driven product management.

  • Solid understanding of user behavior analytics and customer journey optimization.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Hands-on experience with agile development processes and end-to-end product lifecycle management.

  • Experience with releasing and launching products in collaboration with go-to-market teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a technical background is highly valued, and an MBA is a strong plus.

  • Experience with cloud storage, on-premise storage, file systems, and similar technologies is a plus.

    Lead and inspire cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and sales—through the entire lifecycle of product initiatives.

    Leverage deep data analysis and experimentation to guide product decisions, identify opportunities, and validate hypotheses.

  4. Customer-Centric Innovation
    Continuously enhance the user experience through journey optimization, feedback loops, and targeted feature development. Ability and experience in engaging customers and prospects in discovery interviews.

  5. Monetization Strategy Execution
    Define and implement scalable monetization strategies based on customer insights and market conditions.

  6. Product-Led Mindset
    Leverage the users’ experience and usage patterns as a driver for product adoption, usage expansion, as paths for upsell and cross-sell, and as lead-generation mechanisms for Sales engagement.

Data Fluency  - Proficiency in analyzing user behavior, experiments, and KPIs to guide action. (PM is running own business and they need to decide on the focus of the team based on data).

Customer Empathy  - Deep understanding of customer pain points and the ability to translate them into product solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Strong ability to work across teams and align stakeholders toward common goals.

Communication Skills  - Clear, open and persuasive in articulating ideas, strategies, and results to diverse audiences. (PM have authority but they need to drive collaborative decision making with PD and devs).

Executional Excellence - Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products and iterate quickly.

Business Acumen  - Understanding of monetization, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.

Technical Fluency - Able to engage meaningfully with engineering teams; technical degree or background is an asset.
