The Senior Product Manager will lead product strategy, manage key features, and leverage data insights to improve product offerings while collaborating with teams and clients.
Bazaarvoice is looking for a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to join us in building the future of product discovery.
As part of the Influenster team, you’ll tackle complex product challenges; you’ll gather and synthesize inputs from members, clients, and colleagues; you’ll take the lead on core features and iterative improvements; and you’ll help set our product strategy.
We’re not hiring project managers; you’ll be given substantial feature ownership and encouraged to evangelize a product vision that’s based on customer research, data analysis, and good product intuition. You’ll balance shipping truly innovative products with keeping our promises to existing users and customers.
We’re not religious about process methodologies; we believe in using iterative processes that work for the moment, and holding retrospectives to improve how we work over time.
About You:
- You’re able to articulate what a winning product looks like.
- You can influence not only your own team, but also the company as a whole and external clients. You always have empathy for clients and customers.
- You partner well with engineers and product designers to conceptualize, ship, and iterate on products users love.
- You obsess over data. You love digging into data and extracting meaningful insights to make smart product decisions.
- You have a good sense of which features are essential for a product launch and which ones can be scaled back or done later, and you focus the team on the key priorities.
- You can see the bigger picture but are also comfortable delving deep into technical requirements.
- You’re hyper-organized, practical, and love finding new ways to do things faster and better.
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity, and are able to create product direction out of an ill-defined problem space.
- You prefer to go straight to the source -- our clients -- when designing improvements to their experience.
- You know when to advocate for a usability win, even when it’s more difficult to achieve technically.
- People enjoy working with you, and you bring out the best in your team.
- You write clear user stories and validate your assumptions and hypotheses through experimentation, testing, and research.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, program management, or a related field.
- A proven track record of shipping features for either consumer and/or enterprise applications.
- Experience working closely with engineers and product designers.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene
If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
