We're searching for a talented Product Manager to join our team and elevate the user experience of RunMyJobs. In this role, you'll be the champion of the UI, ensuring it seamlessly supports our users' needs and drives product adoption.

Thrive in Ambiguity: PMs carve the path and change it early and often as they collect more signals, while separating the noise.
Strong Leadership: PMs define the company’s point of view for their product, validating the strategy and roadmap. They anticipate, identify & solve potential problems while leading the decisions/consensus process.
Strong Execution: This entails leading your team with fast-paced execution, using user research and business objectives to inform decisions, learning from new information and adjusting accordingly, communicating and managing relationships with stakeholders – both internal (your direct team) and external (senior leaders across the company, for example).
- Understanding user needs: Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for UI improvement.
- Developing a compelling UI vision: Develop a user-centered UI strategy that aligns with the overall product roadmap and business goals.
- Data-driven decisions: Leverage user data and analytics to measure UI effectiveness, optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration is key: Partner closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements
- Focus on high quality products: Prioritize quality to ensure robustness and scalability of the system.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline). A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in product management.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with automation, data analytics, and enterprise software ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure product success.
