As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the International Payments processing within Westpac. This is a unique opportunity within the market to establish a new product offering and take full accountability for its success. You’ll lead collaboration across the Value Chain to design and implement processes, controls, systems, and operating models that enable product success, while driving enterprise-wide change management.
This role will focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences and overseeing the full product lifecycle from strategic planning and thinking, financial performance and pricing, risk management, governance, and the delivery of any strategic developments once the products are established.

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
Experience in the Financial Services Industry, preferably banking
Detailed knowledge of the payments industry and knowledge of domestic and international payment regulations and processes
Product and change management experience
Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills
Strong stakeholder management skills, enabling collaboration and delivering efficient results
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working cross functionally across large organisations
