We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure to lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Elastic Cloud infrastructure, spanning Elastic Cloud Hosted and Elastic Cloud Serverless.
This role is foundational to Elastic’s growth. Your mission is to ensure Elastic Cloud is the best place for customers to run Elastic workloads—delivering efficient performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency at global scale.
You will partner with engineering, program management, technical leads, finance and cross-functional teams to define platform strategy, prioritize high-impact investments, and drive execution. A key focus of this role is FinOps leadership and COGS optimization, ensuring Elastic Cloud scales sustainably while meeting customer needs. You will also work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand pain points and ensure the platform evolves to support their most critical workloads.
What You Will Be Doing- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Elastic Cloud infrastructure across Hosted and Serverless, aligned with customer outcomes and company goals.
- Own infrastructure cost efficiency and FinOps initiatives, with a strong focus on identifying, prioritizing, and delivering COGS optimization opportunities across compute, storage, networking, and platform services.
- Translate customer feedback, internal requirements, operational insights, and market trends into clear product initiatives and priorities.
- Collaborate with engineering and program management to scope, plan, and launch infrastructure and platform capabilities.
- Act as a customer advocate for developers, operators, and end users, ensuring the platform supports a wide range of workloads and use cases.
- Define, track, and communicate product success metrics, using data to inform decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in Product Management, ideally in a technical, cloud infrastructure or platform teams.
- Strong experience driving FinOps initiatives or COGS optimization for cloud platforms, including trade-off decisions between cost, performance, and reliability.
- Background in building or leading cloud-native platforms, infrastructure products, or internal developer platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms, with a solid understanding of operational models, workloads, and scaling challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to own and drive the full product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy through launch and iteration.
- Ability to operate with autonomy and a high degree of ownership in fast-paced environments.

- Familiarity with multi-tenant platforms, serverless architecture, or internal tooling ecosystems.
- Experience with Elastic Cloud, Elastic Stack or similar cloud-based search and analytics platforms/products.
