Your role

You are a Product Manager ready to own and reinvent the core experience: the beating heart of Midnite. You won’t just set the tone for user satisfaction; you’ll define what it means to love using Midnite, both as a product and a brand. From onboarding that feels like a welcome party, to payments and verification that are smooth as silk, to account management and support that leave users genuinely impressed. This is your playground.

Your mission? Smash the status quo. Take those “necessary evils” of the betting world and turn them into moments of delight; frictionless, intuitive, and empowering at every turn. In an industry where competition is fierce and attention is fleeting, you’ll be the architect of experiences that keep players coming back for more. You will:
  • Lead, build and deliver the Core UX strategy, with exceptional user experience at the heart
  • Deliver a standout UX from a user’s Day 0 to long term loyalty
  • Look beyond the industry. Take cues from the world’s most innovative products and boldest ideas, wherever they come from.
  • Be a visionary with the ambitious goal of a frictionless experience in a highly regulated space
  • Maximise customer satisfaction by evolving our customer support UX
  • Ignite enthusiasm for a product-led approach, motivating others to buy into and build towards the product vision.
  • Find new innovative ways to build a world class, mobile-first product
  • Champion an AI-native mindset, always on the lookout for breakthrough tech that turns the ordinary into the extraordinary for our users.
