Your role:You are a Product Owner/Manager ready to contribute to reinventing the core experience: the beating heart of Midnite. From onboarding to payments and verification, account management, and support. Your work will help minimise friction and improve user satisfaction across the most critical journeys.
Your mission? Support the Head of Product Experience and the Core UX team in discovering and delivering improvements that make life smoother and more delightful for our players. This is your chance to grow in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry while shaping meaningful user experiences.
You will:- Write clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and collaborate daily with engineers and designers.
- Test and validate new features and user journeys, raising risks early.
- Gather and organise user feedback, support tickets, and analytics into actionable insights.
- Assist in defining priorities for upcoming sprints, aligned to team OKRs.
- Communicate progress clearly to your squad and stakeholders.
- Work directly with the Head of Product Experience as the Product representative in the Core UX team
- Ignite enthusiasm for a product-led approach, motivating others to buy into and build towards the product vision.
- Find new innovative ways to build a world class, mobile-first products
- Champion an AI-native mindset, always on the lookout for breakthrough tech that turns the ordinary into the extraordinary for our users.
- You have 2+ years in a product, delivery, or UX-related role
- You embrace a rapid paced start-up environment in an ultra-competitive industry
- You challenge the status quo, pushing the envelope to strive for UI/UX excellence
- You’re enthusiastic about taking the challenge of leading one of our most complex and ambitious teams
- You've fully embraced AI solutions; from native product solutions, to optmising your productivity
