The Role
As a Senior Product Designer at Sprinto, you will deliver impactful solutions that solve complex problems to move business metrics. You have shipped B2B SaaS / complex enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Product knowledge: Deeply understand the technology and features of the product, including product category, and grasp the context in which our customers are using Sprinto.
- Research:
- Conduct research to understand how customers perceive the problem we are trying to solve and evaluate the effectiveness of the solutions you design in real-world scenarios.
- Analyze existing products and making improvement recommendations.
- Deliverables: Take ownership of designing features, including high-level design, detailed process flows, lo-fi and hi-fi designs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Usability: Have a keen eye for detail and identify usability issues, both small and large, and develop innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
- Quality:
- Oversee the work of the design team and provide performance-related feedback.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot design issues.
- Ensure adherence to the design brief and address feedback.
- Monitor project output to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow designers and product managers to raise the quality bar and continuously improve Sprinto’s design processes and principles.
- Team building: Interviewing and assessing job candidates and onboarding new hires
- Management:
- Manage multiple PODs and a team of designers
- Support and mentoring junior designers and provide ongoing professional development and training opportunities
- Contribute to team roadmap
- Comfortable in leading complex projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing enterprise business applications, demonstrating a strong understanding of complex product design.
- Have worked with B2B SaaS companies and/or complex enterprise applications
- Experience in building and maintaining design systems, especially on top of existing libraries like the ant.design, is a significant bonus.
- Motivated self-starter who can deeply collaborate with other disciplines including product management, engineering, customer experience & sales
- Willingness to take challenges and own problems. Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong belief in the principle that form follows function, ensuring that designs are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-centric.
