In this role, you will:
- Conduct research and analysis of new UX trends, methodologies, technologies, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation
- Develop and prototype UX concepts, new interaction models, and strategic solutions aimed at improving the overall user experience
- Collaborate closely with the UX research team to translate research insights into strategic UX opportunities
- Proactively initiate and explore promising directions for UX concept development, ensuring alignment with the work of current product designers
- Systematically document and share research findings, developed concepts, and key outcomes across the team
- Research user context-switching patterns and create design concepts
- Investigate Eney app retention challenges and propose improvements
- Develop design concepts for the Eney mobile and desktop app
Skills you'll need to bring:
- At least 3+ years of product design experience (ideally in AI products)
- Proven experience in end-to-end product design, from user research to polished, context-aware UI
- Deep expertise in Figma and confidence working with existing component architecture, auto-layout, variants, styles, and design systems
- Strong prototyping skills using Figma, Framer, Principle, or similar tools
Excellent ownership of complex design spaces, driving clarity through cross-functional collaboration and thoughtful communication - Strong product thinking with a clear understanding of how design impacts user experience, business goals, and technical constraints
- Strong creative thinker able to shape early-stage ideas into clear design directions, explore and test concepts independently, and clearly justify and stand by design choices
- Proficient in user research, behavioral analysis, and interpreting product metrics to inform and validate design decisions
- Understanding of macOS design style and how to create products that feel native to it
- Strong awareness of emerging trends and best practices in digital products and AI-driven design.
- At least an Upper-intermediate level of spoken English
As a plus:
- Experience with graphic design and creating clear, visually appealing layouts
- Basic skills in motion design and creating simple animations or transitions
- Experience using 3D tools or adding 3D elements to designs
