Job Description
Unleash your expertise in product development and optimization by leveraging user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating across one of the world's most innovative financial organizations. Chase is seeking a dedicated, and innovative Product Manager to support a key area of the rapidly growing Aggregation & Connected Banking product. In this role, you will use your experience in customer-focused outcomes and strong delivery track record to enable customers to easily and securely share their data across financial institutions and FinTechs, seamlessly control these permissions through Chase's Security Center, and ensure that our customers have a safe and secure way to share their financial data to manage and use their finances holistically.
As a Senior Product Associate in Connected Banking,you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Job responsibilities

  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
  • Manages and refines product backlog items to drive value in accordance with business stakeholder priorities
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
  • Leverage data analytics reports and insights for creation of new processes with Aggregators
  • Partners with engineering leads to oversee development team, ensuring proper sprint planning and proper utilization of development cycles
  • Drives commitment for critical dependencies - including facilitating elaboration sessions, helping to secure resources, ensuring sprint alignment, etc
  • Maintain an ongoing deep knowledge and documentation of customer and user experience journeys
  • Identify, coordinate and sequence dependencies on other product teams


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
  • Effective written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and with JIRA


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team
  • Demonstrable experience working in banking, account opening, online and mobile platforms
