  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with other product teams and departments to deliver the best possible experience for the customer, including influencing areas not in your direct control.

  • Go beyond the traditional boundaries of a product role to help deliver faster, whether it’s owning your product’s compliance risk, helping unblock technical issues, or analysing data yourself where necessary.

  • Report to the Account Experience product lead, whose role is to help you find your own path to having a massive impact on the Wise mission.

This Role Will Give You the Opportunity To

  • Directly impact millions of customers worldwide, shaping how they experience and interact with their Wise Account.

  • You have good technical understanding that can help unblock decisions from engineering leadership.

  • You’re hands on, don’t stick to a “by the book” product role definition, and you’d do everything needed to make the team and the product successful.

  • Experience in fintech or finance is not a requirement, as you are a fast learner and have proven so in every domain you have worked in.

What you need to know about the Belfast Tech Scene

If asked to name the birthplace of the RMS Titanic, you might not say Belfast. Similarly, if asked to name Europe's leading destination for foreign direct investment in new software development, Belfast might not come to mind. Yet, both are true. The city has emerged as a tech powerhouse, recently ranked among the best in the U.K. for tech careers — especially for software developers. It also leads the U.K. with the highest percentage of software development jobs advertised.
