POSITION OVERVIEW:

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, ensuring HR strategies align with business goals and drive organisational success. You’ll play a key role in shaping a high-performance culture, optimising talent strategies, and fostering employee engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

  • Work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession strategies, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Champion performance processes, coaching leaders to nurture employee growth and engagement.
  • Lead HR support for organisational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and strong employee morale.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, maintaining full compliance with local labour laws.
  • Implement initiatives that enhance employee experience and strengthen company culture.
  • Gate keeper for competitive pay structures and benefits.
  • Leverage analytics to inform decision-making and optimise HR impact.
  • Maintain the HRIS system to the highest standard
  • Develop partnerships with external agencies

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Relevant professional qualification
  • 7+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in an HRBP role, ideally in Managed Services, IT, or a dynamic multinational setting.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR practices across GB, NI & ROI
  • Ability to build and influence strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Problem-solving expertise.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
