The Senior Payroll Specialist will play a key role in managing payroll operations for employees across multiple countries in the EMEA and APAC regions, including the UK, Ireland, Singapore, and Australia. This position offers an exciting opportunity to refine and innovate payroll processes in a dynamic, fast-paced, and globally expanding organisation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while contributing to a positive employee experience.

What you'll be doing:
- Manage and process payroll for employees across the EMEA and APAC regions, with a focus on the UK, Ireland, Singapore, and Australia, ensuring timely and accurate payroll cycles.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations, staying updated on legislative changes to maintain accuracy and mitigate risks.
- Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of employee payroll data, leveraging advanced payroll tools such as ADP, Celergo, or similar systems.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve payroll processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People & Culture, Finance, and Compliance, to support seamless integration and execution of payroll activities.

- Provide key support during internal and external audits by maintaining accurate, up-to-date payroll documentation and ensuring data integrity.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 3+ years of experience with UK payroll laws, with proven expertise in global payroll processes across the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and refine payroll processes, focusing on compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a positive “can do” attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ADP Workforce Now, ADP Celergo, BambooHR, or UKG is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree or Certification in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources preferred.
