We’re looking for a strategic and driven Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead Planday’s partner-led growth motion across the UK and Europe. This role will focus on building and scaling high-impact programs with both integration partners and affiliates, turning our partner ecosystem into a measurable and sustainable growth engine.

Reporting to the VP of Growth, with a dotted line to our Partnerships Director, you’ll build and execute our partner programmes with key technology and integration partners, establish a marketing-supported affiliate lead generation engine and co-marketing programs, and build scalable processes to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

What you’ll do

  • Partner GTM strategy and leadership
  • Define and lead the partner marketing strategy , aligning with regional GTM and growth objectives.
    Build and operationalize a scalable framework for the Planday partner programme - from planning and activation to measurement and optimization.
    Collaborate closely with Partnerships, Sales, Product, and RevOps to align partner programs with revenue goals and ensure visibility of impact.

  • Integration partner marketing
  • Co-develop and execute joint GTM campaigns with key integration partners (e.g., payroll, POS, accounting, and software ecosystem partners).
    Drive co-marketing initiatives such as (but not limited to) webinars, joint content, case studies, and in-market events to generate awareness and qualified referrals.
    Establish regular reporting on partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, demonstrating the partner’s contribution to revenue.

  • Affiliate growth and enablement
  • Design, launch, and scale a marketing-supported affiliate lead generation engine that delivers consistent, high-quality leads.Build campaigns to recruit, engage, and activate new affiliates — ensuring they have the tools and content to succeed.
    Partner with RevOps to ensure affiliate tracking, attribution, and reporting are embedded and accurate.
    Test new acquisition channels and creative approaches to optimize affiliate performance and ROI.

  • Performance and optimization
  • Track campaign results and share insights to continuously improve performance and partner collaboration.
    Experiment with new co-marketing formats and incentives to increase engagement and conversions.
    Report regularly on key metrics including pipeline contribution, partner engagement, and ROI.

What you’ll bring with you

  • Experience: 6+ years in B2B marketing with 3+ years focused on partner or ecosystem marketing within SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Strategic mindset: Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable GTM strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Executional excellence: Proven track record in running successful co-marketing and affiliate programs from concept to analysis.
  • Collaboration: Skilled at influencing and aligning cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Partnerships, RevOps).
  • Data-driven: Confident in using data and insights to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and communicate results.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and partners.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (SFMC/HubSpot), affiliate software, and analytics tools.
  • Mindset: Self-starter with strong ownership, adaptability, and curiosity to test and learn in a fast-paced environment.
