This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a dynamic Senior Partner Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing service provider relationships and execute marketing activities in the UK, with BT and Vodafone. This individual will drive the delivery of our go-to-market strategy, messaging, content, activities and marketing campaigns. This role is visible and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with product, propositions, sales and marketing functions -  among others. 

This position works very closely with our strategic partners in the UK and will require exceptional collaboration skills across different stakeholders. This individual will also need to manage timely deliverables with strong communication, leadership and cross functional partnering skills.
 

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Demand Generation — Help identify and grow marketing pipeline for service provider products through quarterly demand generation campaigns (webinars, collateral, field events, digital marketing, and sales outreach. Adapt RingCentral campaigns for our partners and manage execution through their marketing teams.

  • Marketing Enablement –  Allocate marketing development funds and maintain responsibility to justify return on investments. Work with partners to understand their marketing needs and galvanize their marketing efforts to promote RingCentral’s portfolio. 

  • Marketing Planning - Drive marketing commitments from our partners through detailed marketing plans that deliver tangible returns in lead and opportunity generation.

  • Product Release and Launches – Work with RingCentral product and sales teams to adapt quarterly feature updates and launch new solutions 

  • Content Marketing - Create pitch decks and other product marketing collaterals to build awareness in the country with/ through partners.

  • Carrier Relationship Management – Build strong working relationships with our partners across segments a. Build influence and win mindshare with key marketing stakeholders. 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of marketing experience or equivalent work experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of telecoms or cloud technology market

  • Experience marketing SaaS or cloud services

  • Experience working cross-functionally within partner marketing

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation and project management capability

  • Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution

  • Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while working remotely 

  • Ability to work independently as a self starter and operate within a virtual team.

  • Understanding of marketing programs and how companies work with Channels and Global Service Provider networks.

  • Strong understanding of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Center solutions (CCaaS), and telecom experience.
