We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Partner Marketing Manager, Global Enablement to build the scalable foundation that empowers our entire partner ecosystem to grow with Adyen.
This is a pivotal role that will own the second pillar of our strategy: building our global self-serve enablement engine. You will be the architect of the scalable foundation that empowers our partners and internal partner-facing teams to generate demand and grow with Adyen independently. You are a hands-on, collaborative, and process-driven marketer who excels at creating and delivering programs and resources that drive broad adoption and measurable impact.
What you’ll do:

- Evolve the Adyen Partner Program: Support the continuous evolution of our newly launched Partner Program by enhancing key platforms, including the Partner Portal and Partner Directory, with richer content and an improved user experience.
- Develop Scalable Partner Resources: Design and build a comprehensive library of self-serve toolkits, playbooks, and templates that enable our Commercial Partner Managers (CPMs) and partners to articulate our joint value propositions and execute marketing activities independently.
- Build a Thru-Partner Marketing Framework: Design and manage a programmatic thru-marketing program, equipping both Tech and Alliance partners with the co-brandable campaigns, content, and tools needed to generate demand for Adyen.
- Create a Scalable Event Model: Develop and implement a scalable framework and "event-in-a-box" kits for executing joint events with partners, ensuring alignment with our go-to-market priorities and empowering regional execution.
- Establish Global Processes & Governance: Define and implement clear global processes and standardized ways of working for marketing with and through partners to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment across the organization.
- Drive Program Adoption and Measurement: Develop and execute a plan to drive successful adoption of the Partner Program and all self-serve tools. You will establish a framework to measure the impact and efficiency of enablement assets, using data to inform program evolution and optimization.
Who you are:
- You have 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B environment focused on building and scaling partner marketing or channel marketing programs.
- You are a strategic builder with a proven track record of designing, launching, and managing scalable programs, frameworks, and self-serve resources for a global audience.
- You have direct experience developing and executing programmatic partner event strategies and thru-marketing initiatives.
- You are highly proficient with marketing and sales technology, including tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and content management systems (e.g., Contentful), to execute campaigns and track results.
