Your future team
Atlassian is seeking an experienced Senior Partner Manager - Accenture to drive regional growth in DACH and Southern Europe through our key GSI partnership. Reporting to the Global Head of Strategic Alliances, you will be responsible for generating incremental, measurable revenue across our enterprise solutions portfolio, from Agile at Scale to Service Management.
In this role, you will lead partner engagement and go-to-market initiatives, building a robust pipeline of joint opportunities with some of our largest enterprise customers in the region. Leveraging your expertise and leadership, you will deliver impactful results aligned with our Partner and Alliances objectives.

Collaborate closely with the Atlassian EMEA leadership team - across both Partner and Alliances and sales, to shape and enhance our partnership strategy. You will develop a comprehensive approach to engaging key GSI partners, accelerating growth through effective partner-facing initiatives.

- Support the Global Head of Strategic Alliances in executing the vision for the Partner and Alliances organization
- Develop and manage a growth plan for EMEA in partnership with Regional Management and Partner Managers
- Partner with Enterprise Sales and Solution Specialists to optimize co-selling strategies
- Create demand generation initiatives across various product and solution areas
- Assess partner coverage, capacity, and recruitment needs across EMEA territories
- Continuously evaluate partnership and go-to-market models tailored to each solution area
- Align with counterparts in the Partner and Alliances field and program teams to deliver a coordinated engagement model
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance
- Demonstrate leadership and drive continuous improvement to better serve customers and partners
- Monitor and measure the impact of your initiatives and investments on company performance

- Significant experience in a partner management capacity with key Global System Integrators (GSIs) across DACH
- Proven ability to build and manage Strategic Alliance partnerships in the Enterprise SaaS sector
- Strong communication skills, with an understanding cultural nuances across EMEA.
- Demonstrated success of effectively collaborating with cross-functional sales teams.
- Ability to drive partner initiatives while maintaining a holistic business perspective
