AS A PARTNER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (UKI - COMMERCIAL/ENTERPRISE AND GLOBAL + EMEA NORTH GLOBAL TERRITORIES), YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:• Managing the AWS relationship to achieve partnership goals, including net new customer acquisition and consumption.
• Supporting partners in their go-to-market activities such as business planning, pipeline development, QBRs, marketing, and sales enablement across various Go-To-Market options.
• Ensuring successful execution of business plans by developing and managing relationships across different functional areas within the partner organization.
• Collaborating with AWS and partners to expand into new strategic areas, including new Service Lines and Industry Verticals.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, typically at the Partner/Managing Director level.
• Organizing and executing events with and for our partner community.
• Pitching Snowflake's partnership value proposition at all levels, up to C-Level.
• Ensuring alignment of all relevant stakeholders on pursuits in joint accounts.
OUR IDEAL REGIONAL AWS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WILL HAVE:• 6+ years of professional experience in Channel Management, Software/Services Sales, Consulting, and specifically Business Development within Cloud software.
• Essential experience working with hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven ability to deliver strong results in pipeline generation and bookings using programs like Marketplace and cloud funding.
• Understanding and experience with Cloud Technology, AI/ML, Data, Analytics, API, and platform.
• Ability to build, lead, and implement strategy in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong executive selling and business development skills, with a proven ability to understand different partner GTM and organizational models.
• Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, and design and document program guidelines for both internal and external distribution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel between 25% and 50% in some months
