Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Senior National Account Manager Ecommerce FTC 13 Months  to be based in the UK.

The Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) will be responsible for the commercial strategy & development of eCommerce sector. Developing and executing a plan to deliver new business within eCommerce to deliver volume and profit. Managing multiple stakeholders both internally and externally to deliver success. This will require working cross functionally within the UK business across Sales, Finance, Field, Category, Brand & Supply Chain. The SNAM will also be responsible for the delivery of value share within the eCommerce Sector, confident in creating, building and implementing a strategy across a white space area. The strategic direction of the company is to be followed with emphasis on the key pillars within the Specialist Channel.

The SNAM will work closely with the Specialist Business Unit Director to implement the eCommerce strategy, lead key negotiations and ensure the delivery of joint business plans. Additionally, they will manage and develop a National Account Executive (NAE) to support execution and the overall delivery of objectives.

Job Description

COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT & ACCOUNT GROWTH

Deliver volume, share and profit targets by executing tailored business plans.
Develop and maintain strategic joint business plans for eCommerce customers respectively.
Negotiate and implement cost price increases, trade terms, and promotional plans.
Track sales performance and forecasting, ensuring accurate demand planning.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer base.
Develop a comprehensive customer contact matrix and align key stakeholders internally & externally.
Work with cross-functional teams including Field Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Demand Planning to maximise brand visibility and execution.

LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Manage and develop a National Account Executive (NAE), providing excellent management and coaching to maximise their strengths.
Develop a high-performance culture through high engagement, promoting a healthy feedback cycle.
Lead by example, driving a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

DATA-DRIVEN DECISION MAKING

Analyse sales data, category insights, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Track and evaluate trade investment ROI to optimise budget allocation with cross-functional partners like Commercial Finance & Net Revenue Management.
Ensure accurate forecasting and promotional planning to drive availability, efficiency and profitability. 

Qualifications

Proven experience as a National Account Manager or similar commercial role within FMCG.
Strong track record in customer negotiations, JBP execution, and revenue growth.
Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels. 
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales data interpretation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
People management and coaching experience.
