We’re looking for a Senior Modern Workplace & AI Engineer to help shape our organisation’s digital workplace. You’ll work with Microsoft 365, Intune, the Power Platform and emerging AI tools to improve collaboration, security and user experience across the business.

Role Purpose
To design, support, and enhance Modern Workplace and AI-driven solutions, ensuring secure, efficient, and user‑focused digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Support adoption and optimisation of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot.
Maintain governance for AI agents and automation workflows.
Support lifecycle processes for AI agents.
Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows and SharePoint solutions.
Manage Intune device provisioning, compliance and application deployment.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for insights.
Support Entra ID, conditional access and identity governance.
Collaborate with teams across the organisation to support innovation.
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge (SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID).
Advanced Power Platform experience.
Experience with Copilot Studio and AI governance.
Understanding of Azure services such as Function Apps and Storage Accounts.
Strong communication and project delivery skills.
Intune device management experience.
Desirable
Experience with SPFx or modern web technologies.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or CRM systems.
Understanding of Copilot and Power Platform licensing.
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, PnP).
